From budget to occupancy permit, BBRE keeps your project on scope, on budget, and on schedule.
From preconstruction to clean handoff.

Vendor & Consultant Coordination
Aligning architects, engineers, consultants, and trades around a single plan.
Closeout & Delivery
Punch list, inspections, certificate of occupancy, and clean handoff to operations or sale.
On site, on top of it, and on your side.
Every dollar of value created in acquisition and entitlement can be lost in the field. That's why we're on site, holding contractors to the schedule, challenging every change order, and catching problems while they're still cheap to fix.
You get clear reporting and no surprises. The goal is simple: the project you underwrote, delivered as promised.
Common questions
When should construction management start — at groundbreaking or earlier?
Earlier. The costliest construction problems are usually created during entitlement: conditions of approval that are expensive to build, phasing that doesn't match utility timing, permits sequenced wrong. Because we run entitlements and construction management under one roof, buildability is checked before conditions get locked in, not after.
Do you replace my general contractor?
No — we represent you, the owner, alongside the contractor. We manage scope, budget, schedule, pay applications, and changes from the owner's side of the table, so decisions get made with your interests in the room rather than only the builder's.
What does owner's-side construction management typically save?
The value shows up in avoided change orders, caught pay-application errors, and schedule slippage that never happens. On most projects the discipline of independent owner-side review more than covers its fee — and the downside it insures against (a stalled, over-budget build) is the kind of loss that sinks project economics entirely.
Can you take over a project that's already under construction and struggling?
Yes. We start with a schedule, budget, and contract-status audit to establish where the project actually stands, then rebuild the reporting and decision cadence. The sooner the audit happens, the more options you have.
