Terms of Use

The Site describes BBRE's development and entitlement advisory and management services and is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any real estate, security, or investment.

Using the Site, submitting an inquiry, chatting with us, or scheduling a call does not create a client, fiduciary, brokerage, or attorney-client relationship with BBRE. A client relationship is formed only by a written agreement signed by both parties. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the Site until an engagement is in place.

Entitlement and permit approvals are subject to the discretion of public agencies and are not guaranteed. Any descriptions of past projects or results on the Site are illustrative and do not predict the outcome of any future project. Legal services are provided through licensed counsel.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security, or access it by automated means that burden our infrastructure.
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through our forms, chat, or scheduling tools.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by BBRE or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own informational use; any other use requires our prior written permission.

The Site uses third-party tools — such as our form-handling provider and our chat, text-messaging, and call-scheduling platform — and may link to websites we do not control. Your use of those tools and sites is subject to their own terms and policies. Text messaging with us is also subject to the SMS terms in our Privacy Policy.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBRE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBRE and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising out of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold BBRE harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
